USCIS Will Conduct Site Visits for L-1 Employers

USCIS recently announced that it will begin conducting site visits to L-1 employers as part of the agency’s fraud detection program. At present, USCIS conducts random worksite visits for H-1B employers to deter fraud.

Site visits are expected to begin in early 2014.
